Melomist is a suspenseful survival game where players navigate a series of ever-changing rooms, each inhabited by various diverse and distinct types of enemies. The gameplay revolves around outsmarting foes using unique "powers" to control them temporarily or sneaking past them undetected. Armed with an upgradable stapler, players must scavenge for improvised weapons and ammo scattered throughout the maps to increase their chances of survival while uncovering the mysteries of this distorted world. The story begins with you as a simple, insomniac office worker stuck in a mundane routine. A minor inconvenience leads you to the office storage room. But as you attempt to leave, you find yourself trapped in a twisted, chaotic version of your once-familiar workplace. With no clear way back and danger lurking around every corner, you must use your wits and limited resources to survive and uncover the truth behind this surreal transformation.
